The selection changes regularly. Customers can visit the shop to browse the case, or call ahead to ask about custom cuts and special orders, including a rotating selection of dry-aged beef.
The shop is open Tuesday through Sunday, closed Mondays. Phone orders and special requests are welcome — call ahead.
