Questions

Before you join.

What do I earn?

One point for every $2 you spend, and fifty points just for signing up.

What is a point worth?

Every 1,000 points unlocks $50 off. At a point for every $2, that is $50 back on every $2,000 you spend.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. Joining is free, there is nothing to buy, and you can stop at any time.

Is there a card to carry?

No. Your phone number is the account. Give it at the register or apply it at checkout online and the points find you.

Is it only The Bay Butcher?

The program is Stellina Hospitality Rewards, and the same one runs at every Stellina Hospitality venue. Where a balance can be spent is governed by the program's own terms, which the signup page sets out.

Do points work on pickup orders?

Yes. The online ordering page has a place to apply your rewards account at checkout, and points accrue on those orders the same as at the register.

How do I use points in the shop?

Tell us at the register that you are in the rewards program; the account is looked up by the phone number you signed up with.

Who runs the program?

Our ordering system does, on the shop's behalf, and its terms govern it. Anything the signup page cannot answer, call us on (516) 273-6733.
